Confirm account deletion request

Requesting Pet Parent deletion starts immediate PAWDUX+ cancellation, with no automatic refund. Completed cancellation is required before Pet Parent deletion can finish. Refund and financial-record retention decisions are governed separately.

Request deletion of your Pet Parent account? When deletion is carried out, it removes your Pet Parent account, pets, history, photos and exports. Records kept for other PAWDUX services, such as enquiries or bookings, are handled under the PAWDUX data retention policy and are not removed by this request. An ambassador account, if any, is not affected.

While Pet Parent deletion is pending, pet edits and uploads are paused. You can still sign in, view Pet Parent pet records, export Pet Parent data and cancel the pending request.
